Overview
We are seeking an experienced Technical Analyst to support AI-first software delivery by partnering closely with Product, Engineering, and QA. This role focuses on translating strategy into clear, testable, development-ready requirements while leveraging AI-assisted tools to improve speed, quality, and clarity across the SDLC.
Key Responsibilities

• Translate epics and strategy into backlog ready user stories with clear acceptance criteria and non-functional requirements
• Lead backlog refinement and ensure high standards for story readiness and traceability
• Use AI-assisted tools and agentic workflows to accelerate requirements creation and documentation
• Analyze and document APIs, data contracts, integrations, and dependencies
• Collaborate closely with engineering to break stories into buildable tasks and iterate in short delivery cycles
• Partner with QA on test case design, UAT support, and defect triage
• Maintain clear, current documentation and drive alignment across stakeholders
• Track and improve delivery metrics such as cycle time and rework

Required Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
• 8+ years of experience as a Technical Analyst, Business Analyst, or similar role
• Strong Agile/Scrum experience with backlog management and story slicing
• Expertise writing clear, testable user stories and acceptance criteria
• Experience with APIs, JSON, and tools such as Swagger, Postman, or SQL
• Hands-on use of AI tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, Claude Code, Amazon Q, or similar)
• Excellent communication and facilitation skills across cross-functional teams

• Serve as a primary business analysis lead for initiatives leveraging the enterprise ServiceNow platform
• Partner with business stakeholders to understand operational needs, strategic objectives, and desired outcomes supported by ServiceNow
• Collaborate closely with ServiceNow Application Development and Platform teams to translate business requirements into functional and technical requirements
• Evaluate enhancement requests and new use cases to ensure alignment with platform standards and enterprise roadmap

Requirements Elicitation & Documentation

• Lead end-to-end requirements gathering using best-practice techniques including workshops, interviews, process modeling, user stories, use cases, and workflow analysis
• Document current-state and future-state business processes, identifying gaps and opportunities for ServiceNow automation and optimization
• Develop high-quality artifacts including business requirements, functional specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria
• Maintain traceability across business, functional, and technical requirements

Solution Design & Delivery Support

• Translate business needs into ServiceNow functional and configuration requirements consumable by developers and administrators
• Participate actively in solution design reviews to ensure proposed configurations meet business needs and platform best practices
• Support evaluation of solution options, including platform enhancements and integrations
• Partner with architects and development teams during build and deployment phases
• Develop an understanding of cost, effort, and value tradeoffs related to ServiceNow solution options

Required Experience & Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience as a Business Analyst supporting enterprise technology solutions
• 3+ years of experience working within a ServiceNow enterprise environment
• Proven experience partnering with ServiceNow developers, platform administrators, and application development teams
• Strong ability to translate business needs into ServiceNow functional and technical requirements
• Experience in business process transformation, workflow automation, and system re-engineering
• Excellent stakeholder engagement, facilitation, and communication skills

We are looking for a skilled Electrical Systems Design Engineer to contribute to the planning and execution of electrical infrastructure for commercial and institutional building projects. This position works closely with clients, architects, contractors, and internal engineering teams to deliver safe, efficient, and code-compliant designs from concept through construction.

 

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop electrical design packages including power distribution, lighting layouts, panel schedules, and control systems.
• Interpret and apply applicable electrical and life-safety regulations, including National Fire Protection Association standards such as NFPA 70 and NFPA 101, as well as relevant International Building Codes.
• Perform electrical system studies such as demand load analysis, lighting calculations, fault current analysis, protective device coordination, and arc-flash risk assessments.
• Utilize power system modeling software, including SKM Power Tools or comparable platforms.
• Conduct site visits to review construction progress and verify installation aligns with design intent.
• Prepare technical documentation, reports, and specifications to support project deliverables.
• Contribute to internal best practices, design guidelines, and peer review processes.
• Serve as the electrical lead on mid-sized to large projects, providing direction and technical oversight.
• Participate in client meetings and interdisciplinary coordination sessions.
• Support quality assurance and quality control efforts throughout the project lifecycle.

 

Qualifications & Experience:

• Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD and Revit is required.
• Strong understanding of electrical, energy, and life-safety regulations.
• Experience performing arc-flash and coordination studies is a plus.
• Familiarity with power system analysis tools preferred.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage competing priorities across multiple projects.
• Detail-oriented mindset with a collaborative, solutions-driven approach.
