Managed Services, IT Project Manager
Hummingbird.Tech is searching for an experienced IT Project Manager to join our Managed Services team. In this role, you will be responsible for organizing technical projects and ensuring that all members of the team work efficiently to deliver projects on time and on budget. This position requires professionalism, strong written/verbal communication skills, and the ability to juggle competing priorities.
Responsibilities
- Manage implementation timelines and milestones across multiple projects and engineers
- Set and manage customer expectations throughout project lifecycle
- Proactively identify, monitor and manage risk
- Report project status to customers and project team on a weekly basis
- Document and follow-up on issues/risks, action items and meeting minutes
- Coordinate with other departments and 3rd party partners to identify dependencies and manage deliverables
- Promote continuous improvement by conducting, documenting, and communicating lessons learned
- Create project dashboards to monitor project status, milestones, and issues
- Create project templates for repeatable processes
- Aid in timely response to escalations, issues, and concerns raised by stakeholders
- Lead customer communication regarding incidents and action plans
- Manage change requests and execute change orders in a timely manner
