Our oil and gas client is searching for an Accounting Analyst to join their team!

Description:

• Final fixed assets creation and depreciation calculations in accordance to accounting policy
• Asset transfers, retirements, and other fixed asset transactions
• Capital project monitoring, reporting, and settlement errors
• Income Statement and Balance Sheet variance analysis and support (relating to Fixed Assets)
• Account reconciliations
• Fixed asset verifications in conjunction with business units
• Regulatory reporting
• Audit/property tax/federal tax/legal/FERC/Govt special requests
• Other Fixed Assets responsibilities, as needed

Preferred

• Finance or Accounting Degree
• Strong financial, analytical and computer skills
• Proficient in Excel
• SAP knowledge
